This might sound a bit harsh to some of you but all I’m trying to do is bring light and awareness to some important things that teachers and parents do not teach us. If you want to keep people in control, you have to keep them broke, and if you want to keep them broke, you have to teach them very little about money and how the economy really works. Most people have the idea that the more hours you put in, and the harder you work, the more money you’ll make. This is what teachers and parents taught us because this was the only way to make money back in their days, prior to internet.

The world is changing at rapid speeds, and with the technological tools that we have in our hands today, we could automate repetitive and meaningless tasks and start building something more meaningful for us that can also give us a living or even make us a fortune. This is all possible today thanks to the internet but people are still brainwashed by the education system. Their ignorance is the only thing blocking them from realizing their ideal life. You do not make money by the hours that you put in, but by the value that you provide to the world.

You earn a minimum wage salary because you only provide value to your boss. You are easily replaceable. You income is directly correlated with your value. In today’s world, your age, experience, location, appearance and degrees don’t matter. The world is changing, but our mindsets don’t. The more people you serve, the more money you get. That’s the only thing you have to keep in mind. Working at a company, you only serve a limited amount of people. But with the internet, you can serve a bigger number all around the world.

Teachers and parents are not to blame as they are deeply trapped into old paradigms. You cannot teach an old dog new tricks. We are the generation that’s going to change this, and it all starts with the right knowledge. Not knowledge learned in schools, but by books. To write a book it takes an amount of time and effort, so they are more reliable than short-form videos, tweets and repeatable school lectures from the 90s.

You don’t need to be a scientist, or investor, or rich and genius to put out something on the internet. All you have to do is find out what people want, and give it to them. Find out what you’re good at, and show it to the world. Find out what you know, and teach it to the world. You’re not in your local market anymore. You are participating globally. There are people in this world that will benefit from your story, experiences, ideas, products and knowledge. All you have to do is ditch the old paradigms and start participating globally.

The more people you serve, the more money you earn. The world has changed, it’s not your hard work that will change your life but knowledge. There are a lot of free material online, a lot of books that will show you the right direction, a lot of people that you’ll learn from, a lot of tools that you can use to build your business for free. All you have to do is take action and stop overthinking.
